Delivery Terms & Conditions
KPLR uses an independent service provider to perform home deliveries. By choosing delivery service you agree to have delivering information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to the delivery company.
Delivery time
In the proposal You will receive an estimated delivery date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. When placing your order, processing, manufacturing and packaging times are used to calculate the estimated delivery date.
we will give you this estimated delivery date upon your purchase and then 5 days before your scheduled delivery.
When the delivery company receives your order completion notice and is ready to schedule a delivery date, we will contact you. At that time, we will let you know what days of the week they are able to deliver to your area. Deliveries will be made between 10 AM and 4 PM on the delivery day you select. We will call you prior to the scheduled delivery date and will provide you with an approximate time window and will make every effort to deliver within the time window provided.
If any delay is caused by the Client, then the Client will be liable for any additional storage / warehousing / handling such as loading and unloading costs. If delivery is delayed by the Client within a 7-day notice, a reasonable extension of time for delivery shall be granted and the Client shall pay such reasonable extra charges as shall have been occasioned by the delay.
Due to COVID-19 rules and regulations, delivery times may be delayed.
Delivery charges
Delivery fees are charged per delivery address and package volume. Delivery fees for large furniture items are calculated based on the volume of the product and the distance from our delivery centers. If you have additional questions, please contact us at [email protected]
You are responsible for determining that packages will fit through doorways, corridors, and elevators. We are not responsible for damage that could occur for these throughways that are too small for entry of the packages, otherwise redelivery charges may apply.
Normal Delivery hours are from 10 AM to 4 PM. However, delays may occur due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen events.
Delivery conditions
· Area in your home must be free and clear of obstruction and ready for delivery. The products will be delivered to the room of your choice in your home. If the delivery cannot be made to this room, the delivery company will place your products in an alternate room at the same address. Prior to your delivery, consider whether there is adequate space for the delivery in your hallways, staircases and elevators, if applicable.
· If you cannot be there to receive the delivery, please arrange to have a responsible adult person present so that we may rely upon his or her signature as authorized to inspect and accept delivery, even if the product will be delivered to your doorstep.
· If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.
Please examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. Please note at delivery if there are any visible packaging defects. If you or your representative acknowledges receipt without identifying such externally visible defects, we may not be able to replace your items or refund your purchase. If, once you have unpacked your order, there are missing, damaged or incorrect pieces, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our Return Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, interpreted and governed by and in accordance with the laws of UAE.
