Return And Refund Policy

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our platforms, but under certain conditions.

Kindly read the conditions listed and detailed below in order to know what applies for your situation while following the correct procedure.

Our return and refund policy gives you 5 calendar days from receipt of the product, and then another 5 calendar days to return the product and receive a refund for the purchased amount.

After the 5-day period, we cannot offer you a refund anymore.

If we refund you for a returned product, we will use the same payment method as you used to pay for it.

Please note that returns are only possible if:

1) you return the product in or with its original packaging.

2) the product has not been used and is not damaged.

3) you present the original sales receipt, signed consignment note or proof of payment for the product.

4) the product is not a custom-made product or an item that is excluded from returns or refunds in supplemental conditions agreed with KPLR.

The amount refunded does not include installation or delivery fees.

We reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of any product if we have reason to suspect abuse of these policy terms.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if the policy applies. We will immediately inform you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through the same payment method as you paid for it.

This policy shall be construed, interpreted and governed by and in accordance with the laws of UAE.
